The practice

The notaries Horst Kahl and Dr. Ascan Pinckernelle started their partnership at Loogestrasse 22 in Hamburg-Eppendorf in 1973. They both worked there for over 34 years.

In 2007 they secured the future of this tradition by making an agreement with the current partner Detlef Heins. The partnership moved to new premises at Oderfelder Strasse 23, near the Klosterstern roundabout, on the boundary between Eppendorf and Harvestehude.

Horst Kahl left the partnership when he reached the statutory retirement age of 70. The newly-appointed notary Detlef Heins and Dr. Ascan Pinckernelle continued the work of the practice. Detlef Heins is custodian of Horst Kahl's records.

With his birthday at the end of 2009, Dr. Ascan Pinckernelle also reached the statutory retirement age of 70. Dr. André Görner was appointed as notary in 2010 after having administrated the office of Dr. Ascan Pinckernelle. Dr. André Görner is custodian of Dr. Pinckernelle’s records.

Today, the partnership is constituted by the notaries Detlef Heins and Dr. André Görner, who cover the entire range of notarial work.
